Event Passes and Intensive Prices

All passes include:

  • All workshops of your level
  • Friday and Saturday night parties and Sunday tea dance
  • Friday and Saturday shows
  • Competition entry fees
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars.

LOCAL FULL PASS

  • Early bird price: $270 (Early bird pricing ends 9 December 2026)
  • Full ticket price: $290
Early bird pricing is only applicable if full payment is received before the listed end date.

INTERNATIONAL PASS

Only valid for those established and residing outside of New Zealand.

  • International pass price: $250

FIRST TIMER PASS

For those who have been dancing WCS less than 12 months and this is their first WSDC event.

  • First timer pass price: $230

ALL STAR PASS

For dancers eligible to dance in the WSDC All Star division and above.

  • All Star pass price: FREE

BRAD'S WHIMSICALITY INTENSIVE

Musicality doesn’t have to be so technical. This intensive explores high level musicality concepts and simplifies them, making them easier for dancers of all levels to digest… and maybe even have a little fun along the way.

  • Intensive price: $60
NOTE: Brad’s intensive is an additional cost and is not included in any of the weekend passes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Change of mind - We acknowledge that sometimes life means things do change. Swingvasion will offer a full refund if you are no longer able to attend, no questions asked, provided we are notified a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the event commencement.
  • Illness/injury - We understand illness and injury is often beyond control. Please help us to keep you and other participants safe and do not attend if you become unwell. Please contact us directly, where Swingvasion will use fair and reasonable discretion to offer appropriate refunds.

REGISTRATION POLICY

By registering for this event you expressly grant the director(s) of Swingvasion Ltd and it’s assignees, licensees, vendors, and legal representatives the unlimited right and authority to use your name and any photograph or video recording of your participation at Swingvasion in any and all media, in whatever manner, for any lawful purpose, without any obligation to you. You further agree for yourself, your heirs, executors, and administrators, to waive and release any and all right for damage you might have against the Director(s) of Swingvasion Ltd for any injuries and damages you may suffer by participating in this event and your traveling to and from the event.
